I am going to Egypt later this month with a group from school. This isn’t just my first trip overseas; this is my first trip east of Las Vegas! I don’t think I could have picked a wilder destination for my first intercontinental vacation.
So I’m chronicling the whole thing here.
I am leaving Vancouver around 4 p.m. June 30 and will return at about noon July 21. In between, I will spend three weeks traversing Egypt via train, plane, camel, boat and (presumably) a car or two along the way. It’s going to be a wild ride.
